Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Stability Bands. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on all exercise bands purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be UNUSED, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Note: We do not accept returns on any opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team through the contact us page on the website, providing your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will send you instructions on how to return your product, including the return shipping address.

Pack your exercise band(s) securely in the original packaging, ensuring they are in unused condition.

Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, or however it long it may take your banking institution to return the funds.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Reach out to us via the contact us portion of the website and we will handle these on a case-by-case basis.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through the contact us portal on the website within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, please include:

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first. There may be some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team through the contact us portal on the website.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used exercise bands.

Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer (unless defective or incorrect).
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Be mindful banking institutions can take as long as 4-6 weeks to return funds. More commonly it is 7-10 days for the larger more mainstream banks.

We reserve the right to update or modify our return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the new policy will apply to all future orders.
