3 Band Stability Band Set

The 3-band set includes the following resistance bands:

Green: 12 lbs. - Super Light

Red: 20 lbs. - Light

Blue: 25 lbs. - Medium

As you can see in the images, these bands are of exceptional quality, with high grade carabiners that are utilized for their durability and reliability. The bands (which are approx. 3 feet long) also feature full-length nylon sleeves that protect the elastic cords from UV rays and will protect from a snapping injury if the bands are used incorrectly and are over-stretched and break, the bands are fully contained within the nylon sleeves!

The set also includes the following attachments:

1 Heavy Duty Trunk Strap – one side is padded for comfort against the shoulders and torso

1 Band Anchor – which allows the system to be anchored under a door or around the leg of table for example

2 handles with rubber padding

2 foot-loops – allows the bands to be anchored to the foot for very specific exercises outlined in the manual

1 carrying pouch – large nylon carrying bag is great for storage or travel with your system when not in use

Stability Bands have been tested in outpatient orthopedic clinics and are incredibly durable, with over a million plus reps on the bands. Over this testing period there were zero reported injuries or adverse events!
